Booking Policy​
20% Non Refundable Deposits will be required for online bookings.​
Turning up late to your appointment will shorten your treatment time & full payment will still be required..​
When booking your appointment, you are agreeing to our booking policy. Any cancellations with less than 24hrs notice will incur a fee of 50% of your treatment cost.​
No-shows will be charged a full service fee, invoiced and to be paid at your earliest convenience. You will not be able to rebook unless this invoice is paid.​If you can not attend your appointment, please advise as soon as possible to allow us adequate time to fill your appointment time slot.​At time of booking, please advise us of an updated information or medical conditions. ​​​​​​

Cancellation Policy​.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please provided 24hrs notice or as much notice as possible to fill your appointment timeslot.

Not showing up to your appointment without calling prior or cancelling your appointment less than 24hrs in advance will incur a 100% fee charge of the treatment booked that will need to be paid prior to your next appointment. Failure to do so could result in no future bookings.​​​

Sickness Policy​​
Just a friendly reminder; if you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms such as a cold, flu, cough or any other virus, please reach out and reschedule your appointment,​​We operate in a close-contact environment with our clients, and it's important to prevent any illnesses or viruses from being transmitted to us and since we are self-employed, being ill means we cannot work, which directly affects our earnings. If you are sick on arrival, you will be asked to reschedule and treatment fee will still apply to ensure the health and safety of staff and other clients.​Please avoid bringing children to longer appointments of more than 30mins. Please do not bring them if they are unwell.​
Please be kind enough to reschedule and be at least 24hrs symptom free before coming to an appointment.​

Gift Voucher Policy​​
Please ensure to bring along your voucher code to your appointment for redemption. No code will require an alternative form of payment.​If the value of a specific service or package has increased since the voucher was purchased, the price difference will be payable at the time of redemption.​Standard booking & Cancellation policies apply.​Vouchers are valid until the expiry date specified and cannot be redeemed or replaced after this date. Mind & Body Wellness Studio is not responsible for lost/stolen vouchers and is not responsible for replacing a voucher that has been lost/stolen.​Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift Vouchers cannot be cancelled and are needed in-store to be redeemed. You should use all of the remaining Gift Voucher value before the expiry date, after the expiry date unused value will become the property of Mind & Body Wellness Studio.
